RoadNinja is an interstate travel application that helps you find POIs at upcoming exits and save money with local deals/promotions. It has been popular with the press and was featured in some of the top newspaper and websites, including: The New York Times, USA Today, and AdAge.

The RoadNinja project is a partnership effort between me and Jeremy Switzer, Director of Marketing Technology. While he focused more on the technical and development side of the project, my concentration was on strategy, marketing and creative.

I created, developed and designed the RoadNinja brand identity, trademark and user interface. I was responsible for the: project management, marketing plan, advertising campaign, brand management, content strategy, prototyping, design guidelines, analyzing metrics, sales collateral, internal and external communications.

“In an interesting twist on using traditional marketing to promote a mobile service, Lamar is using 1,000 of the digital and static billboards it manages across 200 America marketplaces to promote the app—in interesting ways.”
